Locked Account

Your ContentWelder account will be temporarily locked after a predetermined number of unsuccessful log in attempts.

You can attempt to log in again after the lockout duration time has been reached. Your ContentWelder Administrator will advise when you can reattempt to log into your account again. If you cannot remember your login credentials, you can recover or reset your user ID or password by following the steps in the Account Recovery section, after waiting for your account to become unlocked.
